Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may extend to 4–6 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your local courier service and destination country.
Shipping Address Changes
Customers may request shipping address changes within 72 hours of placing an order, or before the order has been marked as fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to make further modifications. If your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the local courier directly using your tracking number to request an address reroute.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including weather conditions, customs clearance delays, natural disasters, or courier backlogs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package on your behalf
- Contacting your local courier to investigate further
If the courier confirms delivery but the package is still missing, we may offer a discount on a replacement order as a goodwill gesture, depending on the situation.
